Vozol Rave 40K in South Africa: Big-Puff Disposable Guide
If you want a single disposable that lasts for weeks rather than days, the Vozol Rave 40K is one of the biggest-capacity devices on the South African market. Rated at around 40,000 puffs with a rechargeable battery, it sits right at the top of the puff-count ladder alongside the largest disposables we stock. This guide explains what the Rave 40K is, how it compares to smaller Vozol devices, the flavours in stock at ADVapes, and how to pick the right one.
Nicotine products are for adult smokers and vapers aged 18+ only.
About the Vozol Rave 40K
The Vozol Rave 40K is a large-format disposable vape built around a rechargeable battery and a big pre-filled e-liquid reservoir. That combination is what allows it to reach its headline figure of roughly 40,000 puffs — a number you will only get close to with light, sipping draws. Because the battery recharges over USB-C, the device keeps firing right down to the last of the e-liquid rather than dying halfway through like older non-rechargeable disposables.
Every Rave 40K at ADVapes is a genuine Vozol device at 50mg (5%) nicotine salt strength with an MTL (mouth-to-lung) draw, which mimics the tighter pull of a cigarette. It is draw-activated, so there are no buttons or settings — you simply inhale. There is nothing to refill and no coils to change; when the e-liquid runs out, the device is finished and should be disposed of responsibly.
The range at ADVapes
The Vozol Rave 40K range is fruit and fruit-ice led, which suits the all-day, high-volume nature of a big-puff device. In-stock flavours include Watermelon Ice, Watermelon Razz Rancher, Strawmelon Peach, Strawberry Watermelon, Strawberry Kiwi, Strawberry Mango, Strawberry Ice, Mango Peach, Mango Ice, Peach Ice and Peach Raspberry Lemonade. Pricing sits at R329 per device across the range, which works out to an exceptionally low cost-per-puff compared with smaller disposables.

How to choose
Because every Rave 40K is 50mg nic salt, the main decision is flavour rather than strength. A few pointers:
- Pick an “Ice” flavour if you like a cool, menthol-style finish. Watermelon Ice, Mango Ice, Peach Ice and Strawberry Ice all deliver a crisp exhale.
- Go for a fruit blend such as Strawmelon Peach or Mango Peach if you prefer a smoother, sweeter profile without the chill.
- Try a candy-fruit twist like Watermelon Razz Rancher or Watermelon Bubblegum for a dessert-leaning all-dayer.
Remember to recharge before the device is fully depleted — running a big disposable flat repeatedly can affect the final puffs. A short top-up charge keeps the flavour consistent to the end.
FAQ
Does the Vozol Rave 40K really last 40,000 puffs?
The 40,000 figure is a manufacturer estimate based on light, short draws. Real-world usage varies with how hard and long you inhale, but the Rave 40K will comfortably outlast smaller 10K–20K disposables.
Do I need to charge it?
Yes. The Rave 40K has a rechargeable battery (USB-C cable not always included). Because the e-liquid capacity is so large, the battery would run out long before the juice if it could not be recharged.
What nicotine strength is it?
Every Vozol Rave 40K at ADVapes is 50mg (5%) nicotine salt. This is a high strength suited to adult smokers and established vapers. If that is too strong for you, consider a lower-strength device or a refillable pod kit.
