Who an RTA is for
An RTA is not a beginner’s tank. You need wire or pre-built coils, cotton, a coil-building kit and a regulated mod with enough power for the build you install. The pay-off is cost: a pack of pre-built coils and a bag of cotton will last months, against R100 or more for a pack of factory coil heads every few weeks. If you are not ready to wick a tank yourself, look at the sub-ohm tanks with replaceable coils elsewhere on this site. The Dead Rabbit V3 is a well-documented deck with a wide build space, which is why it is a common first RTA.
Finishes and stock
At the time of writing the standard R649 finishes in stock are Matte Black, Matt Full Black, Gunmetal and Silver, with 3 units of each. Rainbow and Blue are out of stock. All three J Edition finishes (Shiny S.S Blue, Shiny Gunmetal Purple, Shiny Gold Black) at R899 are out, and so is the replacement bubble glass, which matters: if you crack the glass you will need to source one elsewhere until it returns. Two older Dead Rabbit R and V2 listings remain in the catalogue but are disabled and not available to buy.
Practical notes
Check your mod’s maximum wattage against the build you plan. Use the correct 510 connection and do not overtighten. Buy spare O-rings and glass while they are available.
