Elf Bar is one of the biggest disposable vape brands in the world, and its South African range has moved through several generations: the original 2500-puff single-use bar, the LB5000, the BC10k, and most recently the EW9000, a two-part system where a pre-filled 50mg pod clips onto a reusable battery. ADVapes lists around 130 Elf Bar products, but much of that is legacy stock that has sold through, so read the stock notes below before browsing.

Single-use bar vs pod-and-battery. The older Elf Bars (2500, LB5000, BC10k) are sealed units: battery, liquid and coil in one, thrown away when the liquid runs out. The EW9000 splits this. You buy the battery once and then buy pre-filled pods (R199 each, “No Battery” in the product name) that carry the liquid and coil. The pod route is cheaper per puff after the first purchase and produces less battery waste, but it locks you into Elf Bar pods for that battery.

Reading the numbers. The figure in the model name (2500, 5000, 9000, 10k) is the manufacturer’s rated puff count, an estimate from short machine puffs; expect fewer in real use. All current Elf Bar products at ADVapes are 50mg nicotine salt. That is a specification of the range, not a recommendation: it is the highest strength sold and is matched to a low-power draw. If you are used to lower-strength pods, the Bewolk 20mg pods elsewhere on the site are the comparable option.

Cost. An EW9000 pod at R199 (on special from R220) for roughly 9,000 rated puffs is around 2.2 cents per puff, competitive with the large disposables in the 11k to 20k band at R299 to R329.
