Nasty Liq 30ml flavour shots are concentrates from the Malaysian brand Nasty, sold at R209. A flavour shot is not ready to vape: the 30ml of flavouring goes into a larger bottle with your own nicotine and base liquid to make a finished e-liquid, typically 60ml. It is the way to get Nasty’s flavour recipes into a refillable device at your own strength instead of buying them in a disposable at a fixed 50mg.

Cost and strength

At R209 for a shot that makes about 60ml, plus your nicotine and base, the finished liquid works out to roughly R4 per millilitre before the additives. That is more than the South African-made shots on this site (Freeze Vapes and Cape Clouds sit well under R2 per ml when mixed) but cheaper per ml than buying Nasty in disposable form. Because you add the nicotine, strength is yours to set and the shot contains none. Ten flavours are listed and, unusually for this site, every one is in stock: Mix Berries Grape, Watermelon Ice, Mango Blackcurrant and Cherry Cola have 20 units each, Pomegranate Berry and Vimto Bull 15, Strawberry Kiwi 7, Peach Ice 5, Watermelon Strawberry 5 and Blue Raspberry 4. Practical notes
